SHIPPING POLICY

LOCATIONS & PRICES 

Our free shipping policy is currently limited to the lower 48 states in the US. PO BOXES or APOs are not eligible for shipping. Whenever you make a purchase at our online store in the United States, you will not be charged with additional taxes due to the fact that all of our products are tax-inclusive across all 48 states. 

TIMELINE FOR SHIPPING 

Unless otherwise noted on the product page, orders in stock usually ship the next day.

Orders in stock will be accompanied by a tracking number within five business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the order has been shipped. UPS/FedEx are responsible for shipping. You may have to wait from three to ten days for UPS or FedEx to scan your shipment. No additional shipping information or documentation can be provided for third party shipping. Please note that Perraro provides only estimated delivery dates.

 CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER AND CHANGES TO SHIPPING 

PRIOR TO SHIPPING

 Cancellation of an order: We do not charge a cancellation fee for orders cancelled within two hours of placing them. In the event that a customer has ordered the wrong model and wants to place another order, they will not be charged any processing fees for the original order once the new order has been received.

A cancellation of an order before it enters the shipping process will result in a processing fee of 8% of the cost of the e-bike.

In the event that you wish to cancel your accessory order within 2 hours of placing it, you will not be charged a processing fee. Cancellation requests received after 2 hours of placing the order will incur processing fees of 25% of the order cost.

In the event of a change of address: There will be no fees imposed.

Exchanging or replacing orders: If the customer does not place a new order or the new order's cost is significantly lower than the original order, a handling fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund.

In the event that the order is cancelled within one extension period, the customer will be charged 4%. If an order is postponed twice or more, no fee will apply.

Upon shipment

Order Cancellation: You may reject a package that has already shipped if it can't be modified. A cancellation fee of 15% will be charged.

In addition, the customer is responsible for $150 in return shipping charges. Once Perraro provides the return shipping label, the designated carrier will collect the package.

Customers who choose to self-return may also arrange their own return shipment. A detailed explanation of the refund policy can be found in the Refund Policy - Model Replacement & Return Parts section.

IMPORTANT: Accessories that do not have a quality problem are non-returnable.

Changing Address: There will be a $20 processing fee charged if you successfully change your address. If you do not update your address, you may refuse a package. If you do not change your address, you will be charged a reshipping fee of 15%. Moreover, the customer is responsible for paying $150 for return shipping.

Getting a replacement or an exchange:

  1. A) The processing fee will be $20 if the item is successfully exchanged.
  2. B) Failure to update your address may result in the package being rejected and a reshipping fee of 15% of item cost being applied.
  3. C) A 15% processing fee will be charged if a customer fails to reject the item and still wishes to cancel the order. A $150 return shipping fee will also be charged.

When you have not received the bike despite the logistics order showing the goods have been signed, please get in touch with us within three business days. Upon expiration of three working days, our service will no longer be available, and customers will need to contact the logistics company.
