Shipping Damage

At Perraro, we strive to deliver an outstanding experience for all our customers. However, we acknowledge that occasionally, factors such as shipping and handling can affect the condition of our products. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

In line with our warranty policy, any shipping damage must be reported to Perraro within 14 days of receiving the shipment. This includes all products, be it bikes, trikes, or accessories. We commit to replacing any parts that are determined to have been damaged during shipping.

If you receive a broken or damaged item, please take a photo of it and send it to our Support Team. We assure you that we will work diligently to resolve this issue promptly.
